Last Saturday, Chinese Australian Services Society (CASS) celebrated its 35th anniversary with a huge crowd. It was a great charity fest that brought people from multi-cultural backgrounds together and passed on philanthropy.
Local politicians, elites from non-profit and profit organisations attended the dinner, including Mr. David Coleman MP, representative of Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull MP, Mr. Tony Burke MP, representative of leader of opposition, the Hon. Bill Shorten MP and Mr. Xuejun Tong, the Deputy Consul-General of the PRC in Sydney. There were over 50 organisations participated in the events.
