The Lions Club of Sydney Chinese 2016 Press Conference on Donations

The Lions Club of Sydney Chinese 2016 Press Conference on Donations was held yesterday in The Eight Restaurant. During the press conference, president Ying Lin donated AUD $40,000 to St John Ambulance Australia on behalf of The Lions Club of Sydney Chinese Inc. This is the fourth time that the Club donated to St John in helping with their lifesaving operations.

HOME789 is the principal sponsor of The Lions Club of Sydney Chinese 21st Anniversary Charity Ball. The ball was a resounding success in raising funds for the major beneficiary St John NSW.

CEO of St John, Mr. Scott Johnston gave Certificate of Appreciation to HOME789 CEO Mr. Walton Chu and thanked him for his great support.

Walton Chu gave a short speech during the conference, showing support to the charitable work carried out by The Lions Club of Sydney Chinese and emphasizing the alignment of HOME789 and the Lions’ value- contributing back to the society and helping those in need.

As Winston Churchill said, ‘we make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.’ HOME789 not only delivers one-stop service from sales, after-sale to property management to our prestige clients, we also contribute back to society in many ways.

Over the years, HOME789 sponsored many charitable organisations. We are pleased to be part of the journey as we truly believe the importance of corporate social responsibility.
