DAY TO DAY MANAGEMENT PROTOCALS
Our property management will effectively manage and uphold your investment property. Our award winning service will ensure that all standards are retained and reviewed on a daily basis. The team will be held responsible for the day to day management of your property, which includes but is not limited to tenant reference checks, rent collection and review, general communications, routine inspections followed by repairs and maintenance.
COLLECTION & PAYMENT OF RENT
The total rent collected shall be transferred into the landlord’s selected financial institution, either at the end of each consecutive month or by schedule in dependence of the landlord’s preference. Under no circumstance do we tolerate any form of rental arrears. If the tenant occupying the premises at the time is in arrears, our staff will begin to actively communicate with the tenant in term for a swift resolution.
ONGOING COMMUNICATIONS
You will receive regular statements with copies of relevant invoices via email every month, plus annual income and expenditure reports. A secured login portal specifically designed for landlords, will allow the user to login 24/7 to view their current and previous e-statements worldwide. A handy electronic filing feature is also part of the system, which means all documents can be retrieved at an instant if required.
REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
Your property manager will facilitate the repairs and maintenance through a team of qualified and trustworthy trades people. As per the request your property manager will organise quotations for services that are required and we will keep you informed every step of the way.
ROUTINE INSPECTIONS
Routine inspections will be conducted on an annual basis. Detailed inspection reports with photographs and comments shall be sent to the landlord via email. We will also prepare condition reports as necessary for your property, ensuring that your property is well maintained.
RENTAL REVIEW & RENEW
Regular rental assessments will be conducted, which ensures your property achieves maximum rental returns. All rental specifics and leases are reviewed regularly.
EXTENDED SERVICES
